Hi.
I'm aware that the pvr feature is still under heavy development but i would like to get more info about the xvdr plugin.
I've vdr running on test machine with vnsiserver plugin and it looks very promising, and works nice with preEden OpenELEC.
Is there's a special reason for the change from vnsi to xvdr?
Will the vnsi plugin will be pulled out from xbmc and no longer will be in xbmc test builds?
Any more info for users?
Thanks.
Hallo dhead,

look at this: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?p=8...post874630

Maybe you understand german, than look at this: http://www.vdr-portal.de/index.php?page=...ost1017984

Opdenkamp changed some code in the pvr-release, so that vnsi didn't work stable anymore. To get back full control pipelka (developer of vnsi, now xvdr) decided to fork vnsi. Now we have a new vdr-plugin and a new xbmc-addon.

"vdr-plugin-xvdr" and "xbmc-addon-xvdr"

Greetings Hoppel
Thanks.

If others interested here's the translated post from german to english by google translate

... and instead of fixing the problem, or even responding to my response on his comment on github, ...

so, since this is no longer a part of xbmc, threads about this in the PVR section will be closed. feel free to open a new topic in the third-party/addon part of the forum if you like.
