is there a way to add a watched icon like a big tick on them this would be good for tv episodes as i forget where i am up to

i am loving this skin and find this is the only thing so far that i would love for it

i know there is those tiny little green things with the plus sign in them but was hoping icould have big tick marks like a checklist instead
