I have just jailbrake it with the new one and i did not change it.

best thing to do if not working is restore to older firmware (make sure you don't upgrade to 5.1, at least 5.0.1 - 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 - or older is better), and then rejailbreak

Nahh i bet he doesn't get the username right or he is using a non-ssh client or whatever. root/alpine has to work 100% when jailbreak was successfull...
