I have a single ep per folder on my filesystem. Which means I have to go into an episodes folder to if it was watched already. Is there anywat to get XBMC to also mark the parent folder which bears the name of the show + season and episode?

It is possible to mark a folder as watched. But to see the flag you have to enter the folder. So somehow XBMC must know there is one ep inside when you flag/unflag the folder.

Would be nice if I could have those folders in another color or with the flag besides it.

I'm pretty sure that master can handle this, possibly Eden as well - as long as things were scraped recently and the folder matches the same regexp as the file.
