I have been using a script to pull from git and update the texture files periodically. I use a command like below to do this.
TexturePacker.exe -input <Aeon-Nox clone folder>\themes\Square\ -output %source%\media\Square.xbt
I was looking to extend this for the Square White theme too. But since there isn't any folder for the Square White theme in the git direcory, what should I use as the source directory to generate the xbt file for it?
I know this is a dumb question, but what do I do with the xbt file to install the theme?

you put it in skin.aeon.nox/media

..just copy to your aeon nox/media folder.
Great. That works well, but is really bright on my screen. I look forward to the Bruised Metal White as I think it will be perfect.

Which backgrounds does your background pack downloader get? The black and white ones which are linked in this thread?

no. the addon is for backgrounds, not for themes. just try it out. you can easily revert from inside the add-on.
