This is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all of this!!!

I am using Aeon MQ5 and everytime I change the channel, both the MQ5 and PTVL overlays come up. Is there a way for me to disable the MQ5 one?

Again, thank you for this, it really has changed how I watch tv
Luna - have you considered adding schedules direct compatibility to the add-on? They are usually pretty good and might be willing to give you a dev account for a month or two. http://www.schedulesdirect.org/
So I have a question, How does the old version of PseodoTV work without any of .nfo files containing runtime? which btw Ember users, It doesn't scrape that at all so that's why the episodes are all long. Also, Is their a way to have xbmc ignore all of the nfo files in my media folders? cuz its that or manually go through hundreds of folders and add it by hand to the .nfo in notepad lol

I'm adding more query options to the YouTube chtype.
Currently adding:
  • Search terms (videos w/ safesearch)
    User Favorites

Is there a youtube feature I'm missing?

Youtube shows? I remember you saying it wasn't possible in the past but figured I'd just throw it out there.

And MUSIC GENRE CHANNELS!!! see now I am way off topic here. lol

Can you give me an example channel? I'm going by options available in YouTube gdata.

thanks, Post 3 has your solution.
So, Lunatixz do you know why the original Ptv works with all my shows on all my pc's with the .nfo file lacking a runtime but yours doesn't?

Yea, you're doing something wrong Wink
The original PTV doesn't use nfos at all... And only uses strms found in the library. My build does the same but falls back to NFO parsing if no info is found...

I figured lol. I am super confused because I am streaming the same media from a server to 3 other computers two use the original the last uses your new version. If your build does the same how do the two computers using the same library and the old version work fine? wouldn't that mean the strms were present in my library? EDIT: Ok so I'm really confused now. It works on the other computers fine, I installed the original on this pc and I have the same issue. Any easy way to add the info I am lacking? Thanks for all the help. Get me working and I'll slip something into that donate link. Haha. Alternatively, Is their any ways to ignore all of my local .nfo files I have and just grab fresh ones for everything from within xbmc without doing it manually for each show?

I couldn't say... Not enough info. But I can say 100% that if the strm was scraped to xbmc. PTVL will try n get that runtime data first. If no data is found (or strms were never scraped) the NFO parser is called to read runtime info.

Just double checked and the current master release is missing Redkiller223's "ConCast" skin.

Only thing i can think of is either delete all of your NFO files if you no longer need them, or if you do want to keep them for future reference, you could use a mass renamer to change the extension on them so PTVL can't find them. Perhaps these options a a little 'blunt' but I thought I'd throw them out there to you.

I mean obviously I am aware of all the simple common sense options. lol. What did he mean by the "strms" bheing on one pc and not another? isn't that just another way to say video?
