I have added streams from Justin TV (through the JTV plugin) and they work within Pseudo TV, but sometimes when changing channels, it tries to seek out a new start point in the stream (seek +1:07 for example) which makes XBMC crash (note that seeking forward or backward in Justin TV streams within the JTV plugin itself also makes XBMC crash). Is there a way to tell Pseudo TV to always start those channels at 0:00 (i.e. at the present time in the live stream)?
Thanks,
Yeah, that's normal for "real time" configuration... I thought I disabled it for plugins... can you send me an example of the link you're using...
I tried several links from the JTV plugin, same thing. I will pm you one or two links.
Thanks,
Checking in... I've been testing some changes for a shared Internettv db... Really not planning on releasing an update till I have a concrete dead link handler... I will be pushing an update shortly to correct a few bugs.
thanks for the update luna
i just noticed when i use the youtube scrape option for playlist it names every video s8e106 idk if there is a easy fix but it would be great if it gave all the video's a diferent season/episode like it does when scraping channels/user's.
can someone help me i been trying to add the adult swim bumpers which are all under 15 seconds and pseudo refuses to even display the channel i added a 30 sec video to it and it shows up hide short videos is unchecked so it must me a underlying code or something can anyone help me out

What format are the bumpers?
What type of channel did you build for the bumpers? (ie. custom playlist, directory path...)

if you share the bumpers i will test them out see if i can ge them to work.
Love the concept of this, but am rather confused as to getting it working properly. Forgive me if this has been discussed, but I simply don't have time to read the whole thread and search isn't really getting me what I want.
First question : Under channel configuration, I can't seem to add playlists. I set channel type to "custom playlist" but I am unable to actually select a playlist. Also, the "advanced channel rules" button is non responsive.
Is this a known bug? Is manually editing files the only way to really do this? I know that a long time ago when I tried PseudoTV ever so briefly there was an app that made creating channels easier. Does this still exist?

I had the same problem when I first started using PseudoTv. I was using the Aeon Nox skin, and everything would show up blank. I had to switch to Confluence to be able to configure the channels. It's not an ideal solution, but it works for now at least. Maybe somebody has a better solution.
Also, the program I think you're talking about is
PseudoTV Manager. IIRC someone in a previous page said it worked with this version of PSTV although I think I read somewhere that the OP warned against it.
Hope this information helps you out.
Cool. I am on confluence currently, but I still have this issue.
As for PseudoTV Manager, I think that was the one I remembered. I would rather just wait for input from Lunatixz before I try it though. Don't want to mess anything up.

I think your answer is only 2 pages back, the channel manager may work but there's posibility of messing up settings2.xml file.
OK, then I guess I need clearer instructions on how to go about setting up channels by playlist.
