Unfortunately, you are never going to be able to please everyone. Some want bigger posters, some want smaller. In an ideal world you would make the skin entirely customisable, but in practice that is not feasible.
I’m pretty sure that other than bug fixes, and any updates required for Gotham, MQ5 feature and design changes have frozen.
Having said that, as per this
thread for ACE 2, Marcos is always trying to include his users in the development stage of his skins. So once/if MQ6 work begins, he will be more than happy to hear everyone’s thoughts and ideas.

I 've found why the flag didn't show, my png file didn't have the right size.

It's only in XBMC. And I know what's the Problem is:
the "extendedinfo"-script is the Problem. The movies after a Movie-Set have all the same Country as the Movie-Set, till the next movie-set.
In the Skin "Ace" there is no Problem, only in MQ5.

I raised this with MQ back in MQ5's development, but he didn't think there was a way around it.

I have a problem with movie sets.
It seems the extendendInfo script can't retrieve info about the saga (fanart, poster, synopsis, etc)
Look at the message i get :

I struggled a little bit at first but now I can say , its the most completed skill so far.
I do lite to create menu by menu with to mine add-ons and playlists.
but i just have one question, is it possible to move the menus around or I have to reconfigure one by one?
because I like to order them by name and once I install a add-on and want to put it between tv show and movies, I have to replace all.
