Hi, in the new subtitles addons for Gotham, (for OpenSubtitles, Podnapisi in particular), the addons are working only when the movie location is writeable. I guess the addons are downloading the subtitle directly to the movie location. Unfortunately most of my movie SMB shares are not writeable, thus the subs are not working.

In Frodo you could override the sub download location.

I tried to configure the individual sub addons and could not find a way to override the sub download location.

Is there a way to override that I missed? Thank you.

I belive you can change that on

Settings => video settings => subtitle => subtitle folder

And uncheck save to movie folder

i am having trouble also for subtitles to show up in gotham 13

how do you download from Podnapisi.net?

i user 13.0 beta nightbuild on windows and addon is not working
i try to put username and password.. but error is the same..

Anyone help me here, I updated to 13.2 yesterday in a hope that it would resolve my subtitle issue.

I have opened accounts with opensubtitles and others. (couldn't open with napisy24 constant errors ) but none of the accounts are finding polish subs even though they are there on the website.
I am using apple TV2 to view XBMC.


Any help getting this working appreciated

set search language to Polish?
