this is a picture of the xperience1080 skin for XBMC 11.0 Eden. I was using it back in the days and I absolutely loved it. I couldn't think of switching to the new dark theme, but now I'm really satisfied with it...weird.
the only option I see would be to take the original code from the Eden version and adopt it for Frodo (or better directly to Gotham). or maybe you could take the current gen xperience1080 or 1080+ and just change the textures back to the original ones... not sure if this is what you can handle and want to do. I can't even help you because I'm already having a skin project...
