Full Version: strange database issue

Hi all,

I will start off with explaining my current setup:

192.168.0.105 MySql server with Frodo 12.3 installed as well
192.168.0.102 Bedroom Apple TV 2 running Frodo 12.3
192.168.0.103 Living Room Apple TV 2 running Frodo 12.3

and then there is my MB Pro running gotham beta 2 (although I had the same issue running Frodo 12.3)

the issue: it seems to pick up my database to a point 2 months ago, but no new changes since ...

advancedsettings.xml is the same on all 4 devices and the other 3 work perfectly.

I've done reinstalls but nothing works so far.

Copy of my advanced settings.xml: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2572...ttings.xml

Copy of my xvmc log: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25722879/xbmc.log

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Barry
You can't share databases between Frodo and Gotham. All devices must be on the same major xbmc revision.

same problem occurs on frodo ... exact same issue
We'd need a log from the Frodo install to be able to say anything about that.

A look at your log suggests it's not running from mysql though (at least I don't see any of the usual spew).
