I HAVE NOTICED A PROBLEM WHEN ADDING CONTENT THAT SOMETIMES THE MOVIES AND TV SHOWS GET DOUBLED ON THE MENU AND YOU HAVE TO CLEANUP BY REMOVING ONE OF THE SHOWS FROM THE MENU

You have to explain a bit more how you were adding content. Did you change the location of your media? Do you have mysql setup?

Not sure if you're having a problem with your caps lock key, you're partially sighted and find caps easier to use or you just want to be annoying.
You do need to explain the problem with a little more detail, can you provide the output of your sources.xml file? If you're using Windows it will be in %appdata%/XBMC/userdata
Can you also take a screenshot of the directory one of the problem items is located in? That way we can see if there is possibly an issue with your set up.
