Hello all. I'm a new member and user of this software. It looks great but in installing it to my laptop AND desktop, there is a weird difference. My laptop works fine, but the desktop puts a black square across the screen that clicking the mouse doesn't remove. I've installed it twice and in the same manner as the laptop. Ideas?
