The addon "ARD Mediathek" and others seem to be broken [1] in the official XBMC addon repository. However there exists an unoffical repository of AddonScriptorDE [2] that contains a new version of the addon that works.

Where can I report the broken addon so that it is updated in the offcial repository?

I don't think there is a way to report an addon as broken yet (it is planned I think for the official repo web site). The only way for an update to get into the repo is for the author of the addon to submit it via the mailing list. If the original author isn't working on it anymore, then someone has to take on the maintenance and submit the updates.

That doesn't make sense: There are addons listed as broken, so there must be a process for marking them as such. How else would some of them be listed with that status?

I'd like to report that the BlipTV addon is blatantly broken.
