Is there any way to put a link to the TV Guide on the upper part of the home screen by the links to 'favorites' 'search' and 'power'?

There is no an easy way.
But you can consider to use the Quick Navigation feature accessible via PlayerControls (press "M"). should work also in tvguide
there you should find what you need as shortcut.
