I am trying to set up my remote control to be able to take me directly to live TV. The problem I am having is that regardless of how I get there, when I go to TV I have to go through the channel guide, the TV guide, or some other page before it will actually just show me what is on the tuner. This is a pain when I am watching TV, go out to the XBMC main menu during a commercial and and then want to get back to live TV.

I am able to set up my Netflix, Youtube, and Pandora to open with the click of a button, is there a way to set up mythtv where I can use a keypress or something to get directly to the live TV view without a guide overlay?
