In Frodo there was a bug in the ffmpeg which did not allow m3u8 files to use cache. I thought that this problem was solved in Gotham.
However I am still having the same problem in Gotham Can someone please confirm that this is still a problem

Yes, I am also having this issue with PBS add-on.
