I am running into this issue where the DVD menu doesn't show on The latest Gotham Live which has been updated to 13.1 at the moment.

Any ideas as to what I should be looking at? Looks like there is something funky with my libdvdnav

I should add that behaviour is that menu music plays in the background and when the click the select button on the remote it loads the movie and everything plays fine. I have tried disable all HW accel and still doesn't help..

I have a Crystalbuntu (AppleTV 1) where it works fine and it works on my desktop using VDPAU (Nvidia GTS 450), but not on my ION (1st gen), is this a problem with ION specifically? I driving me nuts!

sudo apt-get install libmpeg2-4

fixed it, first link after I search with ION as keyword. should this not be part of the default Xbmcbuntu image?
