I have a folder on my NAS, called TV Shows. In that directory, I have about 10 sub directories. Only one of the shows, show up when I click on TV SHOWS on the home screen. How can I fix this for it to show all the shows listed in the directory?
Well, without knowing more than the limited info you shared, the first thing to do is make sure your file structure and naming convention is correct.

I have the shows in separate directories per that wiki.

Can't really tell from your image, but it doesn't look as though your file names are correct.

Try:

TV Shows (folder)
>>>> Show Name (folder)
>>>>>>>>>Season # (folder)
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Show_name_S01E02.ext

For example:

TV Shows
>>>Game of Thrones
>>>>>>>>Season 1
>>>>>>>>>>Game of Thrones_S01E01.ext
>>>>>>>>>>Game of Thrones_S01E02.ext
>>>>>>>>>>Game of Thrones_S01E03.ext
Thanks Ill try that
No. Leave the extension as 'mkv'. Just have the correct naming convention as shown by Tinwarble.
