after I install XBMCbuntu on esxi 5.5 update1, I can only login the XBMCbuntu but when I click xbmc it not running at all also can't login to xbmc when boot.

the last error says it all: you need proper OPENGL support. How to do this on VMware is up to the user trying such a thing,
