I've installed Windows 8.1 Pro. x64. I've problem with XBMC Windows Phone Remote. I used IPv4 Address and Port of my PC on my Nokia Lumia 520, but it not connected.

Problem solved.

Problem has been with Eset Personal Firewall. In Eset Personal Firewall I Allowed for XBMC and problem is solved.
