Hi !

First of all, english isn't my mother language, so be cool !

I have a Motorola G 4G smatphone, an usb cable, and a DAC (Audiophonics U-Sabre USB DAC 24Bit/96Khz SA9023/ES9023 )

Sound throug the DAC is ok with app USB AUDIO PLAYER PRO. DAC is also working with XBMC under OPenElec and RASPI .

I have installed Gotham XBMC on my phone ,working well throug the poor 3.5 stereo jack

When i'm connecting the usb cable with dac, and launch XBMC .... menu system settings,audio output i have only one choice "android audio track"

Is there a way to activate the usb audio as it is in X86 platform ?

It has to be supported on the Android OS level. Normally you can just change the sound device in Android's settings to use the USB sound card, and XBMC will then just work.
