Hello,
I've done a fresh install of XBMC 9.11 on different machines (from Windows XP 32 bit to Windows 7 64 bit). But in all of these configurations the Apple Movie Trailer script, that comes with the standard installation file, always aborts at the start with an "Script-Error" message. When looking in the xbmc.log the following message appears:
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: File "
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Andre\Anwendungsdaten\XBMC\scripts\AppleMovieTrailers\default.py
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: ", line
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: 20
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: xbmc.log( "[SCRIPT] '%s: Version - %s-r%s' initialized", "" ).strip() ), xbmc.LOGNOTICE )
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: ^
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: SyntaxError
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: :
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 NOTICE: invalid syntax
19:18:38 T:768 M:810000384 ERROR: Scriptresult: Error
Is this an general bug of the script? I couldn't find any other reports of this issue in the forums. Are there already any bugfixes for that?
Thanks for your support.
Kind regards,
André
