How is 4K HDR playback going to work without having AVFoundation as a hardware acceleration option?
Also when I compile the alpha and check the addons there is no PVR option in the repository. How do you even get IPTV/PVR in this alpha?

HDR is on the long Todo list.
If youre building yourself, you need to build the add-ons as well. You can't download binary add-ons after the fact

Hi,
Some binary addons are not available since a recent change concerning C++17.
This is the case for all platform.
Please use an older deb file with a bigger size.

As for 2, we use a different keymap to what memphiz had. The custom controller.siri.xml file needs to be changed to whatever you want. As for how to change that easily, I don't have anything offhand.
No idea about the 3rd one sorry. I don't have/use enigma, so can't really test it to try and debug. Maybe a debug log would be helpful.
It may be that I'm comparing to an "odd" version but 17.6 on ATV do got the click sounds with the standard remote.
I would like to ask for them to be readded some time in the future. They are very good to determine if a keypress was missed (no sound) or if Kodi got it (sound) and is processing the command

Anybody have to rescrape their whole library when they re-install TVOS alpha 3... Never had this issue with alpha 1 or 2 or kodi 17.6. Any help is appreciated!

I tried to add the smb manually with ip user and password as required but it did not work. Don’t understand why I cannot see the list of samba servers as it happened to be in older alpha1 builds or in the 17.6 or in all the other devices where Kodi is available

I tried once more and after adding the credentials for authentication I get error software caused connection abort. Never had samba connection issues with this server with any other Kodi version

Try playing with the minimum/maximum smb client protocol. https://kodi.wiki/view/Settings/Services/SMB_Client
I had the same issue with my server when I upgraded from 17.6 to 19.
