Thanks! - slash - 2011-12-15 angelppl Wrote:Ahhh, ok. XWMM 2.0.2 uses the new JSON-RPC API in XBMC. That's why you must use it with XBMC nightly builds. otherwise you will have some strange behavior. What version of XBMC are you using ? - slash - 2011-12-15 Paulkai Wrote:cool thanks for a great programme Thanks - slash - 2011-12-15 bdee1 Wrote:is there a way to trigger a library re-scan from inside XWMM? I made some changes to my library but I am not at home in front of my pc so i would like to rescan my folders and see if my changes took effect. It is in the roadmap, should be able to do it in the next release. Thanks - angelppl - 2011-12-15 slash Wrote:XWMM 2.0.2 uses the new JSON-RPC API in XBMC. And where can I download the new API version? :confused2: Thanks ! - rasmuskarlsen - 2011-12-16 I installed this v. 2.0.2 on XBMC pre eden (XBMC live) I can access the normal web interface on http://192.168.0.198:8080 I tried to access XVMM on: http://192.168.0.198:8080/XWMM/index.html but my browser just shows a blank screen, and "File not found" on the top... What can be wrong? - angelppl - 2011-12-16 rasmuskarlsen Wrote:I installed this v. 2.0.2 on XBMC pre eden (XBMC live) I setup port to 80 and to access: http://192.168.0.198 Then redirect to http://192.168.0.198/movies/index.html Regards - slash - 2011-12-17 angelppl Wrote:How can I know the JSON-RPC API version installed in XBMC? The JSON_RPC API in natively built into XBMC, so you don't have worry about that. Just make sure you have the latest XBMC nightly build 'cause the API is still work in progress (XBMC eden is not official yet). Could you enable debug in XBMC and have a look at your xbmc.log file if there are any errors ? you can also post your xbmc log file here via pastebin. Thanks - angelppl - 2011-12-18 slash Wrote:The JSON_RPC API in natively built into XBMC, so you don't have worry about that. Ok, enabled debug, restart XBMC and go to Web Interface XWMM 2.0.2 via http. xbmc.log via pastebin Thank you a lot for your help !!! - slash - 2011-12-18 angelppl Wrote:Ok, enabled debug, restart XBMC and go to Web Interface XWMM 2.0.2 via http. ok, found this : Code: WARNING: JSONRPC: Type mismatch in type movieid One possible reason to this is that you are using a build from June 2011. Are you able to install a more recent build ? Can you test it with Firefox ( if not already done)? Let me know / - bandelguy - 2011-12-18 The music section is not saving updates I am making, I am using 2.02. Save button is working though. - angelppl - 2011-12-18 slash Wrote:ok, found this : I have installed the last version of Nightly build 7601.
