I guess I should have posted here before creating my own post. As of today I am not able to access GLOBO via the BrasilTVs video add-on. Are any of you experiencing this? If so is there a fix. I have received and error stating: One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message. The log says nothing, maybe they are not aware of an issue?

Hi. This thread is for the Globo.com video addon that is completely unrelated with the BrasilTVs video addon. You have to address the issue you are facing in another thread or in the developer's site (if it exists).

I just can play a live chanel once. In the second time it doesnt play.

If i delete the cookies.dat file I can play the channel again.

Hello,

I am trying to run the Globo.com add on on an Apple TV2 running Kodi 14.2. I am in the USA.

I've configured the add on with my NET username and password.

I can access the Globo News stream and it plays fine. However, when I try to access any of the other streams (ie SporTV) I get an "Unexpected error: Video is geo restricted".

I have tried using both a SmartDNS and a VPN proxy. When I try to configure the Apple TV with those, I get a script error.

The Globo add in says to look at the log file. I can't find the log file on the Apple TV.

So 2 questions.

One, I have seen other posters be successful with NET credentials from North America. Is there some way around the "geo restriction" that I am not using?

Two, what is the location and name of the log file for the Globo.com add in errors?

Hi,

I've gone ahead and started using an old router with a VPN service, and the add on is working now. But I am having the issue of the streams stopping after 5 minutes and 4 seconds.

14.2 is the latest version of Kodi I can run on an apple TV 2.

I am on v 1.32 of the Globo.com add on.

Can someone tell me if there is a way to fix the 5 minute issue? I've reviewed the thread, but don't understand Portuguese. I've seen a few references to the streams dropping after 5 minutes.

Was fixed codec ffmpeg, but only work ok using Jarvis, no more trouble with 5 minutes issue now, live working great. Sorry but don´t have one way for fix trouble when using Isengard.
