Sopcast needs an external player. If you find one for atv you can set it up in playercorefactory.xml.

How is the progress on this so far for ATV2. If its not working are there any other no subscription plugins for UK football streaming for ATV2 that anyone could recommend.

AFAIK it's working on ATV2.

Thanks for the quick reply. It would appear the issues are just with myp2p.eu but some of the others like livetv.ru and firstrowsports.eu seem to work. I have used myp2p before on my PC but not the others. Can anyone confirm if they have an atv2 and used the others I mentioned and what are they like for UK footy.

I will release a new verion tonight. Then you will be able to watch every match you like, at least with livetv.ru and firstrowsports.eu. Livetv.ru is always recommended.

Instead of changing from GMT to your time zone, would it be possible to use the time zone feature in appearance/international to show what a given time zone would be in GMT? Just a thought, thanks again for all your hard work.

From the doom9 forum I was able to figure out where to place the playercorefactory.xml,
/usr/share/xbmc/userdata. I used the playercorefactory from here http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=832915&postcount=207

Timezones are already on my todo list. I don't know if it is possible to get the region data from xbmc settings. If there is no way to do this, I could implement a general time offset in plugin settings.
