Hi, first let me congratulate you on one hell of nice job!
I've been using xbmc since early xbox days, and this skin is awesome.
But on to the request...
Anoobie made a very nice view to Aeon a while back. The view as you can see in the picture had the following features:
You could switch between 3 styles
- Plot in the video window
- Fanart in the video window
- Thumbs in the video window.
And in addition it had the following showing in *one* view:
- Ekstrathumbs slideshow!
- Plot in a space big enough to see most of the text, then scrolling.
- Trailer zooms inn and plays in the video window (not full screen, toggle with TAB)
- Cover flow
- IMDB rating and info.
- Fanart shows, then fades away in the background
- Full sized cover.
- Movie TAG line above the "screen".
Trailers can be viewed in the video window, as well as the whole movie (tab to toggle full screen).
And the movie Zooms out into the window...
Is this doable?

Its been done in babylon 9.04 using this file:

In my search for the perfect view, this was more or less IT. But Dharma made it unfortunately obsolete.
Now, with Neon as the perfect skin, a view like this would make the world perfect

Hmmm.... How shall I put this? Not a chance in hell. To _me_ this is where Aeon and its mods jumped the proverbial shark. The code is out there to recreate the mod, but it won't be coming from me.
Edit: I do remember that view and being impressed by it...

Too bad...
I keep missing some on screen information.
So far your Poster (dark view) is the one I'm using. (I've just raised the text up a little, and widened the plot to 850 and height to 336 to fit more plot without scrolling.)
I would like to also include the extrathumbs, and I'm considering finding a way to make a slide show of extrathumbs running where the trailer shows up. (Trailer window will just overlay the thumbs when playing).
Except from that I'm pretty happy with the setup.

Oleroc, if you don't mind me asking how do you get those "Latest Movies" to pop up in the right corner of the first pix?

go to skin settings and there is a option to add recently added movies/tv shows.

Okay, this is a really cool view, and while I don't use neon or aeon, I am thinking about bringing it to Cirrus Extended.
But, before I do, I will look into putting it in neon---what version of aeon was this for? Stark?
