New to xbmc. I have tried to look every where(wiki, forums, google). When watching videos, there isn't a seek bar. I was wondering how I add the seek bar to videos so i can click on the seek bar and it will take me to that spot in the movie.

Grab a nightly - there wasn't support for it in Dharma (using mouse at least).

is there a certain nightly build that supports that feature? or do all of them do?

All of them since it was added - my guess is the last 3 months or so.
Note if you're happy to use the keyboard then you can skip through anyway using Dharma 10.1.
