dunno if it is available on livestreams addon or elsewhere, but i noticed when i was testing last night that it is definitely on freedocast. just put

Thank you for the prompt response. I loaded the freedocast plugin, but i am a bit lost with .strm file. Where should it go? many thanks again

just put the .strm file in a directory where xbmc can browse (with your other media files for example) then browse to it in xbmc and play it.
