Update time!
Finally got some time to do some work on this today and it's the video info (during playback) that I've been tinkering with. This is the end result (Film, then TV Show)...

As usual, press "i" to bring up the box with the title/progress bar, etc, then pressing "up" will reveal the plot and video info, all with nice slidey animations
Edit: Oh and since I've seen it mentioned in other threads I will make it an option to have the info at the top of the screen for people watching subbed stuff!
I have been more or less following peoples questions/requests over the last month and will try to reply to them tomorrow in one big post. I'll also try to update the first post so its more reflective of the current progress (can't remember the last time I updated it)!

Should also say that I've increased the font size for the plot and some other stuff. My new room is a lot bigger than my old one so I'm further away from the TV and was finding it a bit of a strain on the eyes
