Did you pick a user type (Lite, Super, etc) below what you previously had configured?
I noticed, and posted, that the last update didn't address the user type and set it to Lite. In the lite mode, all the high end features are disabled. Turning it back to super user in the settings enabled everything and all my settings were maintained.
But, if that's not the case, to answer your question, no it's not normal. I had four machines update this morning and all still have their settings intact.

There is the Dharma version of logo-downloader

however this still needs to be run from within the skin (not from programs)

Short Question: Are on your side the DTS-HD/Dolby True-HD logos working? I don't see any of them in my movie database..
MQ2 showed them, MQ3 not. I hoped it would be fixed but seemed not.

Whats with all the yellow in the skins recent update? It's not my favorite of colours and I can't find an option to change it.
