Would it be possible to add a found movie to the kodi favs? (i.e. with context-menu -> add to favorites)

Can't find something useful like this in the addon.

Hi I'm using Leia Beta 4, and Titan Skin, my media system are held locally, however, the search function is not working, any suggestions to get this to work, or where to get the latest addon where the issue have been resolved. I posted link to log, I hope it reveled the issue.

it's not a Debug Log, so not much i can help you with.
you do already have the latest version of globalsearch installed though.

Sorry, I thought the log will contain the event issue, anyway I don't have the latest addon, could you direct me to the link or repo site, the one in Librerelec seems not to work.

Hi Ronie, I discovered that the issue of search and play only impact Libreelec OS, when I installed the on Kodi/windows 10 the search and play works fine.
Any thought why it works on one O/S and not the other?

it might have something to do with the emby plugin. but i'm not familiar with that addon.
the path of the movie you're trying to play points to the emby plugin instead of to a file...

either way, as mentioned in the first post of this thread, globalsearch doesn't support movies provided through other addons.

Could you give me a link to new version of global search script add-on? This one https://github.com/ronie/script.globalsearch/archive/master.zip isn't working anymore.
I have a problem with working together Kodi 17.6, sql base library (Estuary MOD - KODI 17 by Guilouz) and "global search by you" =). Something goes wrong and search finds nothing. I'd like to try installing a global search from the zip file.

sorry but there's no 'new' version for kodi v17. you'll likely already have the latest available version, which can be installed through the kodi repo.

there's an updated version available for kodi v18, but that one will not work on kodi v17.
