TV Logo Help - rpoma21 - 2011-09-06
Hello I am trying to correct a TV logo and need some help. So I have a show that didn't have a logo on fanart.tv. I created a logo as logo.jpeg first and Neon (XBMC 10.1) pick that up when in the show's directory. However I want to replace it with the .png i created so it is actually clear. I can't get XBMC to change the logo. I removed tv show from the library, cleaned library, and updated library after removing the .jpeg from the show directory. It still finds the old .jpeg, i'm assuming from XBMC cache. How can I get rid of this old logo?
(Yes i'm working on uploading what i have to fanart.tv but still want to understand how to locally manipulate TV logos)

You have to wait for the cache to change, it's most likely still in xbmc's cache. A trick I have found to force the cache to update automatically (as opposed to deleting it) is to watch a episode from the show, or add an episode to the show.
