change video meta tag duration from <duration> to <durationinseconds>

Nod many thanks for implementing this, but could you please fetch exact value in seconds directly from the file rather than multiplying runtime value in minutes by 60 Wink

I'm sure I sound like a broken record, but could a slight (or perhaps not-so-slight) adjustment be made to the TV Scraper?

What be nice is if it would also scrape the two fields below:

Code:
<displayseason>1</displayseason>
        <displayepisode>4096</displayepisode>

The XBMC native scraper will do this, this ensures that specials are displayed (not only in the specials directory) but in the appropriate location of the seasons.

Spinecho put a couple examples on pastebin of the same episode - one scraped with XBMC and one scraped with EMM-r

This one is the nfo xbmc creates (with this one the specials are also displayed with the relevant season): http://pastebin.com/gGPrLgDY

This on is the nfo emm-r creates (with this one the specials are NOT displayed with the relevant season): http://pastebin.com/BVadfFyD

I have a question. Does this version support the use of landscape.jpg images for those of us that use skins with a landscape view? I'm using the other version right now and I can't figure out if that's a feature I'm missing or it's not in there. Thanks!

For TVshows & seasons not yet. Maybe in the future.
For now you can use the TV Logo Downloader. It needs to be incorporated in the skin you use.

That's another thing that I do manually. Just easier. The TV Logo script tends to error on me, given the punctuation in a lot of my titles.

Also, having drives and sources disconnected make the tv logo script go wonky (it still works, just like the tv tunes one does) but it will "download" but not save for sources that are not actually connected.

I do it manually too. Not that big of a deal, just would be nice to implement since it seems like it would be pretty easy.

True that, I still use the original Ember just because of the XBMCStuff plugin that scrapes the clearart, logo and landscape images. Which will only last while XBMCStuff.com remains. Now that all that is moving over to fanart.tv the plugin will become less important.

Shame the source code for that .dll file was never released. Few people have tried to get it to work on Ember Revisited but no dice. Just errors out and crashes.

got this working on x64 fine but I have to have Rogue's scraper enabled to download extrathumbs.

the new xml scrapers don't download them at all.

I still have the same problem, anyone can help us?

I tried your v4 built, but it's not saving the poster. It works fine with the fanart.

I defined the setting to store multiple files for fanart and poster (e.g. "fanart.jpg" & "<movies>-fanart.jpg" & "<movies>.fanart.jpg") but it's only storing fanart.jpg, and not the others.

I'm running it on windows 7 x64 ,annd i installed EMM in C:\Program Files(x86)\EMM

hello again, i'm quoting this, and adding the attachment to explain more.

Image

My issues
=======
1.) First of all, the fanart image get's saved only as fanart.jpg. No poster files are being saved.

Update: It's not even creating/modifying existing *.nfo.

This is weird!

2.) isn't EMMr suppose to save the movie poster in both formats *.tbn and *.jpg, as per the settings I've selected from the screenshot attached?

UPDATE
=====

Got both above issues fixed, by un-checking "Use <movie> Only for Folders with Multiple Movies". It's under Movies/Files and Sources.

Movie Sets & New Feature Request - HiSoC8Y - 2011-09-21

Hi

I have 1 issue and 1 feature request

Issue
------

1.) Since I was managing all my media files with my old PC, basically all my media has it's nfo, posters, fanarts..etc. Now, that I'm using EMMr on my new PC, it's not able to read all the Movie Sets that I already previously created. Is there a workaround for this?

Feature Request
-------------------

1.) When scrapping, Some posters are in other languages (e.g. spanish, italian...etc.). It will be nice if we have the option to define the poster languages we grab.

Thank you!

So is this... EMM-R-R?

- pigeldi - 2011-09-21

Is it possible to use the standard scraper (because of OFDB) and also the additional scrapers for e.g. trailers? Or other way around, would it be possible to include the OFDB fields (title and plot) in the other scrapers?
