Raspberry pi with a purpose made xbmc, and purpose made touchscreen xbmc skin, would be awesome!
10" touchscreen wall mounted in every room, all your networked music at your fingertips!, but with XBMC nice-ness!
23" 1080p touchscreen in the spare room, movies too...
