Duh... Then at least cancel is redundant.
IMO, they both are as it should be stored on window close. If you don't like it or you made a mistake you come back and alter it again.

I can not even change button label to "save" so it's at least clear that's about storing rating not confusing a user with ok/cancel that are used mainly for dialogs..
