Most of the popular venders like newegg and amazon are out of stock. provantage wants me to wait 3-4 weeks as it is a "Special Order" there.
Does anyone know a place I can buy it right now that won't over-charge me and will deliver reasonably fast?

Thanks. The OEM pops up at a few places. I was hoping to get a retail one though. I don't care much about the fan and heatsink, but the lack of warranty stinks.
