Just wanted to pont out that i meant no disrespect to you Los93soL.

I just asumed that Ysbox already had made the updates to the current cvs and that he was not to use the old SVN tree.

- wHack - 2006-10-10

Necessity is irrelevant, however for those who have recently heard of this addition and want a sneak peak it's rather nice to have this update

- warius - 2006-10-17

Just the fact that I read through all 41 pages of this thread should signalize what respect I have for the ones working on this project.

Good luck with the future work, I'm really looking forward to trying this in the upcoming XBMC CVS, I'm sure it will be a fantastic addition to XBMC, I know my livingroom will benefit greatly of it Smile

Yes patiently waiting Wink

With a Orginal CVS Build I do not have problems

- incognegro - 2006-11-13

yes so the next point release is out........any updates?

- hXr.eXe - 2006-11-14

be patient they just released the pointrelease, they deserve a well earned break from coding imho......im sure they will soon include it into the cvs.

Feature Request: I have saved webpages on the xbox hd, if I navigate to those html files with Xbmc and clicked them is it possible for linksboks to startup to look at those files.

- sollie - 2006-11-15

I have a question. The last few months i used selfcompiled builds. None of each worked. Every time i start the browser it crashes xbmc. Are there other people with the same experience?

Sollie.

I've never been able to get it to run either even though the compile process seemed to go smoothly. I didn't try very hard to find a resolution and never did receive a response in this thread. I did at one time try to catch someone awake on IRC but didn't have luck at that time.

jimg Wrote:I was able to compile without errors with 9/24/06 build. Once i click on the internet button the screen loads to the familiar white linksboks screen and then freezes, no button inputs seem to invoke a response. I created a log file although it doesn't show anything obvious to me. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I not sure why the browser crashes, but I just uploaded a new sync to the linksboks svn a couple of days ago and I have tested it out and it definitely works. Make sure you get the correct XBMC CVS or else it might not work properly.

- sollie - 2006-11-15

I have the latest build and its still freezing. I have the same issues as jimg describes.

Sollie.

- HarshReality - 2006-11-16

The SVN syncs cannot be used with updated CVS files from XBMC. If the SVN is dated the 10th then CVS HAS to be for the 10th. If its not there are strong chances that a code update might cause a conflict.

- jimg - 2006-11-16

Well i have some spair time today and tommorow. I think I'll give it another shot with your new updates.

- Tech Guru - 2006-11-18

Any updates, is there a deadline for the integration of the links code into the xbmc source code??
