RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2017-12-14 Feel free to fix the wiki! Anyone can... Are you on a 16:9 screen? 1920 by 1080? Feels like there should be more room there...but maybe it should be moved under the icon or something. I will have a look tomorrow if I find some time! RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2017-12-15 @AnthonyB Try the latest version...I swapped the current temp & conditions, which gives it a bit more room RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - AnthonyB - 2017-12-15 (2017-12-15, 03:15)bossanova808 Wrote: @AnthonyBWill do! Thanks again!!! RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - AnthonyB - 2017-12-15 Something else I've just noticed, I'm not getting a value for "UV Max Today" or "Pressure"? My Suburb is Pymble, NSW 2073 Radar ID is IDR714 RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2017-12-15 Yeah that's just Weatherzone sometimes having missing data - http://www.weatherzone.com.au/nsw/sydney/pymble - you can see it's not there. Probably a sensor or feed down - it'll pop back at some point. I could neaten up the 'no value' display though, I guess...but 99% of the time it's there... RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - benyamin - 2017-12-17 @bossanova808 thanks for the great plugin; and just when I was thinking I'd write some Estuary skin files, you've done that too. So thanks for that also. I didn't like the skin much either, but once I worked out a couple of navigation controls (back / backspace is your friend), I got used to it pretty quick. That being said, I admit its navigation isn't very intuitive or efficient (imo). Thought I'd also better report a possible data source change for sunrise / sunset: I'm now getting temps instead of times... I note that I'm presuming it wasn't a coding oversight in the 0.9.2/3 merges (which was coincident for me). I could look deeper but thought you'd be able to see the problem straight away... I've been meaning to end my lurking and say thanks for a while, so thanks again..!! RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2017-12-18 @benyamin Yep nothing to do with 0.9.3 - but yeah, they seem to have moved some data on the page hence your issues. There's also a bunch of missing data lately. There's obviously some changes going on... I'll do some testing/fixups - I don't usually rush into things because they very often revert their website changes, so I end up double working, which is annoying. (Their pages are a huge mess from a coding point of view, God only knows who did them...but things often seem to go wrong when they make changes so you can't count on them too much!!) I still prefer Confluence but eventually I'll have to change I suppose. Having OzWeather working with it is a first step to trying to move over for me, anyway.... Anyway....expect fixes to appear in due course. RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2017-12-21 @benyamin - fix is in 0.9.5 RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - User 55003 - 2017-12-22 Sunset time=Sunrise time here.. Not that it matters this time of year. Happy Xmas/holidays. I raised a ticket with Weatherzone as the Pressure and UV data has been missing for a while. The UV data they are looking into. The pressure data, it seems the BOM Terrey Hills station isn't reporting on the BOM site for some reason so I raised a ticket with them. I'm yet to hear back from them. RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - benyamin - 2018-01-11 @bossanova808 Thanks for the sunrise / sunset fix - I use that data quite a bit...! RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - bossanova808 - 2018-01-12 @benyamin - you're welcome RE: [RELEASE] OzWeather - Australian Weather Addon using BOM data - AnthonyB - 2018-01-15 (2017-12-26, 09:11)AnthonyB Wrote:Weatherzone have fixed the missing UV data(2017-12-15, 07:08)bossanova808 Wrote: Yeah that's just Weatherzone sometimes having missing data - http://www.weatherzone.com.au/nsw/sydney/pymble - you can see it's not there.Cheers. Still trying to work out how to contact the right people in BOM to fix pressure data missing from Terrey Hills station.. |
