Torrentexpander - script that automatically sorts out where to put your torrents - beamen - 2011-12-28
I came across this script while googling around late one night a couple of days ago. I wanted a script to remove .dat files and other torrent files that weren't needed and would ruin the library search in XBMC. What I found was this and much much more!
This script can be run automatically after the torrent is finished in Transmission.
It renames the TV show or Movie from [Torrent.com]Name.Of.TV.Series.S04E12-BLABLA.avi to Name Of TV Series S04 E12.avi it also moves this file to your TV directory, Name of TV Series, Season 04, and puts the file there. If it's a movie it will move it to the Movie directory!
Just download the torrent and the script/XBMC does the rest !!
There are a lot of user settings, so it can be customized to work for your needs.
