this doesn't seem to be a live stream...every time you reload the page, the same clip starts playing

its just a flv media file, not stream

It is weird. If I wait a few minutes and reload, it is a different clip...

the link will probably stay the same except for the playpath, which will change to "new media file".flv. not worth the hassle to have to update it every 10-15 mins i'd think.
