Had a talk with Kode from http://fanart.tv and if mybrain87 keeps making them and others are also willing to make these landscape.jpg for movies they will be added probably next month and of course downloadable through AD
(and yes Butchabay that means 16:9 seasonthumb will also become available)

Is there anyway this could also work for tv shows? That's what I use custom playlists for.

Not yet, for now only movies. For tvshows it will be done these days ...

You need to set your playlist again then it works, kind of reset behaviour...
