Had a question though... when viewing list of TV episodes, there are red Xs at the end of each title... what is that, and can it be turned off?

Also, I like the idea of having sub-menus available from the Home screen but not always visible. Would you consider making a drop down list available by pushing the down arrow? Like, move cursor to Movies, click down arrow, choose option from sub-menu.

Thanks

I believe those red X's are there to show that they are unwatched episodes.

I don't care for them either, and would rather have just a check for watched episodes. Butchabay, what are your thoughts on that? Think we could have an option to lose those red X's?

The option press down to show hidden submenus is on the list of things to do.
It's on the first page of this thread, 2nd post.

Yes Red X is for unwatched, i can make an option to hide them.

Angelscry Wrote:The problem is that the views that are actually dedicated to Advanced Launcher cannot be used by other programs add-ons. For example, if I duplicate Advanced Launcher (for example to manage separately comics, applications, video streams, etc...) because the duplicates version must use different add-on name, they cannot use the same program views as the native Advanced Launcher addon. Have several views for Advanced launcher is great, but have several view for all the program addons seems better.

So you're saying to have more views for programs. I'll see what i can do. Shouldn't be a big thing ...

Would it be possible to include an option to turn off poster wrapping in tv views?

butchabay Wrote:Hi,

yes PVR is something i have in mind Smile Once bugs are sorted out, i'll start coding it.

About Unicode, could you give me a free open source font or a skin you've tried ?

It's nice to hear that PVR will eventually get implemented, thanks! Smile

About Unicode, I am currently using the Unicode font option in reFocus.
I think that the same option is also available in Confluence, it is called 'Arial based' in there, and also Transparency! uses Arial as an option.
For English characters Arial maybe does not look quite nice, but for my language it is good enough.

Also I saw some nice free open source unicode fonts in the following Skin Development thread,

http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=119404

Possibly many if not all of these will be more suited to Fusion than Arial for Unicode based languages.

Great, i see if can add one of these.

I really love the minimalistic concept/look/layout of Arcanthur's skin and I have been following it since it was announced in the w.i.p. section. This mod looks great but is it possible to download an uncompressed version of this skin? I am unable to extract the textures.xbt and I really need to modify some aspects of it for personal use to suit my needs better.

Best regards.

Thanks for the url keibertz, but how can I download all the media files at once from the repository instead of one by one in the web-browser? Cheers
