MythTV Live doesn't change transponder? - Ramrunner - 2012-02-03
With XBMC 10.1 and 11, using MythBox or myth:// to pull in live TV from my backend, I cannot get it to change transponders. It starts with channel 9, and I can change to any channel on the current transponder (99, 90 etc), but selecting any other channel not on that transponder drops me back to 9.
This has been an issue for a while and has stopped me using XBMC exclusively. With XBMC being built for Raspberry Pi this has renewed my interest.
Does anyone have any idea what could be broken?

Are you using multiplexing? There is a known issue with LiveTV support for MythTV using channel up / down functionality with multiplexing (apparently even with mythfrontend).
Does it work OK if you stop the Live TV stream, go back to the list of channels and then choose the channel from there?
