I just converted my old NAS to a Ubuntu 11.10 Server. It is also a TV (VDR pvr), music & web server.
Being fairly new to Linux, I would of liked a guide to have followed to save me some time. Well I couldn't find one so I documented my steps. If anyone is interested you can find it here
