Best practice for naming folders - Muskyinoz - 2012-02-24

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes.

When there are multiple films with the same name what's the best way to name them so the Movie DB picks them up first time? For example with Sleeping Beauty should I do
  • Sleeping Beauty (2011) and Sleeping Beauty (1959) or
  • Sleeping Beauty 2011 and Sleeping Beauty 1959 or
  • Sleeping Beauty [2011] and Sleeping Beauty [1959]

Are brackets better for scraping and if so does it matter which type?

I'm presuming once TMDB gets the name it then looks for the year to get the correct version but how does it like this presented?

Thanks

Your first option Sleeping Beauty (2011) is preferred.
