Now that it's running, I get a lot of stuttering with the 720@60 setting. Does this setting need so much more power? The normal 720p setting runs smooth on my ATV2.
Has anyone got 720@60 run smoothly? And on which device? Probably the Fire TV 2?

A noob question probably, but why can you get 4500 kbps 60 fps on Kodi, and you can't select that in the browser?
The browser uses streaming (HLS i think), I'm using the mp4 directly, if it exists. Don't know why it's not offered.

From what I've been told, no. You need an International League pass and a VPN to play in the USA, the USA league pass is completely different.

No, I didn't do it manually. The other dependencies (pytz, six etc.) indeed have been installed automatically. Just not the cache add-on. However, now it works. Thanks.

From what I've been told, no. You need an International League pass and a VPN to play in the USA, the USA league pass is completely different.
I don't think this is entirely right. We have a International league pass (we live in the netherlands) which we have used without VPN in the States when I was there on a holiday 2 wks ago.

Do you have time to watch the archived games
. I encounter the same issue with those and I've tested it on multiple devices and multiples networks both cabled and with wifi. No difference in behaviour. Let me know if you need any information from my side. I'm happy to help if I can

Just in case for those who are in the USA you can watch the playoffs for free here http://www.nba.com/tntovertime/ if you are not in the USA I'm sure you can view it if you have vpn access. It is not like a traditional camera view but definitely enough to catch the game. My friends liked seeing all the different camera angles. Come to think of it this might make a nice addition to this app.

Working fine here, I just added a line to log the login response, it's not in the released version, you need to install the "nightly" version (https://github.com/maxgalbu/xbmc.plugin.video.nba/releases/download/latest/plugin.video.nba-latest.zip) and copy&paste the relevant log
