Sorry, but I have no idea. I just downloaded the addon and did a ./bootstrap; ./configure; make and it worked flawlessly (with an x86_64 ubuntu installation)

Best thing would be to ask the raspbmc guys and / or open another thread in this forum (as this is not related to the VU+ / Enigma2-addon), but the xbmc-pvr-addons package in general.

Another idea i have is support for importing grabbed XMLTV data instead EPG from the box.
But working Teletext without 'v' key like in HTS TVheadend addon is priority number one for me.
That OOS thing with Teletext needs to be fixed in XBMC/FFmpeg i guess.

You should open a ticket in trac for this - the addon only provides XBMC with a streaming URL - it doesn't handle the teletext itself.

It was merged a couple of hours ago.
Can't d it on my ATV2 with the this build from today. Is it built in, or do I have to compile it myself? (which i can't on the ATV2)

OK, I have found several issues that were only occuring under windows (at least for me), but could possibly also affect other platforms.

Before I am submitting another fix I want to validate that everything is working properly. Can you guys please test the current version from this branch in my repository and report back?

For the windows guys out there I have already compiled a version (win32): http://www.mirrorupload.net/file/14K1L06B/pvr.vuplus.zip

RE: [WIP] PVR Client Addon for XBMC for EPG and full control of Dreambox and DBox2 - jdembski - 2012-10-11

---------------------------------
For the english users (sorry for the german detour - we will continue in german): TrailFox reported that the LiveTV looks not very clear, but "foggy". As the addon doesn't handle the video streams I think he should open a ticket in trac. If he is using Aeon MQ4 then he should try the default skin as I have noticed something similar in the LiveTV-View of Aeon MQ4 before...

Hi
Thanks for great addon but i have some "standard" problems with it...

On hotbird sattelite 13e and on hispasat 30e there are some channels (quite a lot in poland and in spain) broadcasted with shared pmt these channels do not work in your plugin globally these channels does not work in any of standard players out there unless you pass to the player "Program number" ie

in vlc this is done by adding -program #### where #### is channels sid in decimal form 10507 this you can get from channels reference eg

for Zone Europa on Hotbird this will be: 1:0:1:290B:1EDC:71:820000:0:0:0: where 290b is 10507

Maybe it is possible to pass this parameter to ffmpeg in xbmc, i think the same problem exists in dvb-t channels as this is standard behaviour in specs.

Could you look at it i can provide you some sample recordings or .... pm me.

Can you test whether you can open the shared pmt-channels if you open the m3u-file generated from the openwebif?

If so then a fix would be quite easy - if not then I don't know how to do it as XBMC would need to support this I guess.

I'm wondering if Sky Germany also uses shared pmt-channels in their soccer channels (they call it "Optionskanäle")...

This file is generated from openwebif
#EXTM3U
#EXTVLCOPT--http-reconnect=true
#EXTVLCOPT:program=10508
http://dm8000:8001/1:0:1:290C:1EDC:71:820000:0:0:0:

in third line there program parameter (this was implemented by rincewind in openwebif some time ago) and that file opens and plays fine in VLC but not in xbmc (this parameter is ignored by xbmc...)

That's really beyond any of my skills, sorry. Maybe post this in a separate topic in the Development forum so that one of the XBMC devs can have a look - I think this must be supported in the DVDPlayer...

I don't know if it's only here but grabbing EPG is really slow with todays git.
