Hey guys, sorry if it has been asked 100 times before but is there any way possible to watch tvcatchup outside of the UK?

I have tried my VPN and it seems to be blocked. Is there any other way?

Nope, no way at all. TVC actively block all VPN's. Sorry. And before you ask, it's to do with Copyright Law, and not just them being difficult.

Thanks for the quick response mate... really appreciate it and saves me alot of time trying to find a way haha...

Is there anything else like it that I could use even outside of XBMC and just on my PC?

I am in Australia and I have a Hulu plus account which I use a VPN to connect to but I am after something that streams live TV or Live satellite TV.

I believe that you can use a VPN to access BBC iPlayer, but I wouldn't know how, nor do I want to.

That's a bit strange. Have you put your user name and password into the settings? Also, have you tried the EPG version?

I have entered my username and password and I have also tried the EPG version and that version says "working" for a split second and disappear and nothing plays.

Can you get a copy of your log file please? It might give us a little more info on the error.

Been watching the new Olympics channels but I'm not getting any schedule information. I get it through the iPhone and android app any chance for xbmc?

Unfortunately the iPhone and Android apps have been granted access to TVC's listings data, we haven't (hence using the Radio Times data) I'm looking t see if the RT are issuing the data, but unfortunately, it doesn't look like they are Sad

Unable to access any channels at all. Just immediately brings up error reporting dialogue. Have submitted twice. I have restarted xbmc too no better do you need my log too or is the error report enough?

Just refreshed schedule manually and am getting an error to check time/location settings
I am in the UK and havent changed any settings (have been a happy user of this for a while) any ideas

Ok, I think I've fixed it. Try again and see if you still get an error.
